Privacy and Information Security Policy
General
This document defines the principles for handling the personal information of Sharon Bitton Productions Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Company”), which processes and retains personal information as part of its business operations. This document explains the methods of obtaining personal information, its uses, the ways it is protected and stored, and the conditions listed herein constitute an integral part of the website’s Terms of Use. All definitions and terms in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use, unless the context requires otherwise.
The Company views the protection of your privacy as a core value and respects the privacy of its customers across all services it provides, including the websites it operates, as well as the users who access the website or the Company’s services. The goal of this document is to ensure that information is handled with full disclosure, utmost responsibility, and in accordance with the provisions of the law, including the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and Amendment 13 thereto. If the user is under 18 years of age, it is recommended to consult a responsible adult before using the website.
This document is drafted in the masculine form for convenience purposes only but is intended for both women and men equally. The Company reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. An updated version will be published on the Company’s website, will take effect upon publication, and will be binding upon the user. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. The user’s continued use of the website and/or services following an update to the Privacy Policy will constitute and signify the user’s consent to the updated Privacy Policy, including any changes.
The purpose of the conditions detailed in this Privacy Policy is to review, among other things, how the Company uses the information provided to it by users during their use of the website and/or within other services offered by the Company, including digital invoices, newsletter registration, or when submitting information while using the website. This includes the collection of information from users, how the user interacts with the content on the website, and the handling of other information collected and stored in the Company’s databases for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy.
Use of the website is subject to this Privacy Policy and indicates your consent to it and any modifications to it; therefore, the Company recommends reviewing it periodically. The information the user provides to the Company and/or that is collected by the Company in connection with the user will be stored in the Company’s databases, of which the Company is the controller. The user is under no legal obligation to provide any information, and providing it depends solely on the user’s volition and consent. However, without providing the information, the Company may not be able to provide services to the user. Therefore, if the user does not agree to provide the information or to its processing, they must refrain from or cease any use of the Company’s services.
The use of the information will be in accordance with the purposes of these databases and as stated in this policy and/or the specific policy of the service/application the user is utilizing, and in accordance with the provisions of the law. The information provided constitutes any data relating to an identified or identifiable person, such as name, address, email address, ID number, in accordance with the definition of “Personal Information” in the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Types of Information Collected
The Company collects various categories of personal information depending on the nature of the service and legal requirements:
Identification and Contact Details: Full name, identification numbers (ID card), date of birth, residential address, email, telephone numbers, workplace, gender, and marital status.
Technological Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, usage times, browsing patterns, and location data.
Methods of Information Collection
Direct Submission by the User: Upon joining the service, filling out forms on the website or application, contacting the customer service center, or using the chatbot. Even if you did not complete a digital onboarding process, the information you provided may be retained for the purpose of contacting you and continuing the process.
Automatic Collection: While using the website or applications through technologies such as Cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and other monitoring systems, including third-party tools. This information includes IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage times.
External Sources: Third parties, publicly available sources such as the Population Registry (in accordance with the law), agents, and business partners. We may also receive aggregated information from third parties.
If a user chooses to provide information by granting access to a Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, or other platform account (“Social Networks”), they grant the Company permission to receive information from those social networks, subject to the user’s settings on those networks and/or their privacy policies.
If a user shares personal information regarding any third parties (e.g., family members or friends for gifts or recommendations) with the Company using its tools, including the website, the user must inform those parties before providing such information to the Company, and obtain their consent to the submission of the information and the uses that will be made of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, users declare and confirm that they have and will always have all the necessary consents to execute the aforementioned.
For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this policy document will apply solely to personal information, as defined in the Privacy Protection Law. If any information is collected about users in a way that does not directly identify them and amounts to unidentifiable or aggregated information, the Company shall be entitled to make any possible use of such information.
Uses of Information
The use of the information will be done primarily for the purpose of providing products and services, complying with legal provisions, and protecting legitimate interests. The uses include:

Improving and streamlining services, developing new products, and analyzing usage patterns.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that those entities engaged in data processing as stated above act on behalf of and for the Company, and may include various service providers, cloud services, and other business partners assisting in the operation of the digital assets and services offered within them. This includes completing actions requested by users on an ongoing basis, ensuring security, improving the service, and the like.
Transfer of Information to Third Parties
The Company may transfer personal information to third parties to fulfill permitted purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the law, with your consent, or in accordance with this policy. The transfer is subject to the third party’s commitment to process the information lawfully. We may transfer information abroad, including to countries where the level of protection is lower than in Israel.
Subcontractors and Suppliers: Brokers, agents, financial institutions, consultants, lawyers, accountants, outsourcing providers, service centers, information systems, communication or cloud service providers, mailing, and marketing service providers.
Content and Analytics Providers: Third parties providing content or behavioral analysis services, such as Google, Facebook/Meta, and Taboola. These entities use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Other Parties: Parties authorized by the user to receive information, and entities to which the transfer of information is required by a legal obligation or authority.
Cookies
The services provided by the Company use information-gathering software, cookies, and similar technologies—such as pixels, SDKs, Google Analytics (hereinafter collectively: “Cookies”)—for their ongoing and proper operation, data security, collecting statistical data, verifying details and identification, improving the user experience, and customizing content and advertisements. Cookies are text files or code snippets that the browser creates according to a command from the Company’s computers. The user may change the browser settings to block the use of cookies, but in such a case, certain services may not function properly. Changing browser settings is the sole responsibility of the user.
Data Subject Rights
Right to Review and Requests: The user’s right to review the information held about them in our possession. Upon a review request, the Company will perform appropriate identification procedures.

Our Company implements appropriate information security measures in accordance with applicable laws, including encryption, server isolation, and access control measures. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be liable for any damage caused in cases of disclosure and use of information resulting from unauthorized intrusions, provided we have taken reasonable information security measures.
